An app password is a one-time password used to let Gmail know that you're the person accessing your email. In the Export to a File dialog box, click Next.When adding your Gmail account in Outlook, an app password generated from the Gmail website is required.Under Save exported file as, click Browse, select a destination folder, and in the File name box, type a name for the file.
